VOLUNTEERING OPPORTUNITIES FOR DESIGN EVENT NORTH EAST 2010

If you have a passion for events and design then look no further!  We'd love it if you could help us out during the festival this year!

As a festival volunteer you will act as an ambassador and an information point for our visitors.  It is a great opportunity to learn more about the exhibitions, to see what is involved in organising events and to develop your communication skills. 

We are looking for team players with a genuine interest in the festival for a range of tasks including:

• Invigilating exhibitions
• Helping with construction, set up and take down of exhibitions and installations
• Distribution of marketing material
• Supporting the festival team at openings, previews and special events
