Northern Architecture have brought together urban designers, architects and other creatives to develop a tour of Newcastle’s architecture and public spaces that unwraps some of the design decisions that have shaped the fabric of the city. The tour will focus on significant periods in time that have impacted on the built environment, both recent and historical, and examine how politics, fashion and zeitgeist have influenced the way the city looks, functions and feels. The tour will take approximately one hour followed by coffee and discussion.
