Working in collaboration with Xsite Architecture and design studio Reluctant Hero to create a contemporary Italian Bar-Restaurant Gusto UK see the design process as being intrinsic to their business, evident in their past successes including Don Vito’s, Secco, Paradiso, Popolo, Intermezzo and Alvinos
