Gareth Williams, Senior Tutor at the Department of Design Products at the Royal College of Art talks about First Hand, The Royal College of Art's first Design Products Collection. Gareth will discuss this new area of focus for the RCA, the development of the collection and the journey it has taken since its launch in September 2010 with Steven Kyffin, Dean of the Design School at Northumbria University.
